Job Description


  • Oversee employee welfare programs and initiatives to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement and monitor policies related to employee well-being and safety.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee welfare and administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee welfare and administration.
