Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete
HR Generalist operations
including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Oversee
attendance, leave management, and payroll processing
.
Ensure adherence to
labour laws and statutory compliances
(PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Support
performance management, employee relations, and training coordination
.
Implement and maintain
HR policies, SOPs, and compliance records
.
Conduct
employee engagement
and welfare initiatives.
Prepare and maintain
HR reports and documentation
.
Key Skills:
Must have hands-on
HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of
Payroll, Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel / HRMS software
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Qualification:
