Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR professional to handle the day-to-day human resources operations at our manufacturing facility in Sulur. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in factory HR or manufacturing setup, ensuring compliance with all statutory norms and smooth coordination between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR and administrative functions within the factory.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.
Maintain and update all factory HR registers, records, and statutory filings.
Coordinate with government officials during inspections and audits.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of factory staff and workers.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
Monitor employee discipline, grievances, and welfare activities.
Support in implementation of HR policies, safety standards, and training programs.
Coordinate with the Head Office HR team for reports and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Labour Welfare / Business Administration.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle employee issues with tact and maintain confidentiality.
