Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Talent Management
Build a streamlined hiring pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Draft and post engaging job descriptions across relevant hiring channels.
Conduct screening calls based on manager-defined criteria.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Build structured onboarding and offboarding pipelines.
Manage employee leave records and ensure smooth approvals.
Schedule 1:1 meetings between employees and managers.
Culture & Engagement
Plan team-building activities once a month.
Organize celebrations for major festivals and milestones.
Foster an inclusive and positive work environment.
Office Management
Act as the go-to person for ensuring the team has what they need for day-to-day functioning.Oversee basic office operations and supplies.
What We're Looking For
Experience in HR, People Operations, or Office Management (startup experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Proactive, empathetic, and culture-driven personality.
