We are looking for

HR and Office Administrator

to join our office in

Nagpur

.

Responsibility



Develop and implement recruitment strategies. Prepare job descriptions and job advertisements. Screen and interview candidates. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations. Manage the onboarding process for new hires. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary. Ensure the maintenance and functionality of office equipment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance. Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space. Provide administrative support to senior management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3months -2 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
