Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as a point of contact between management, employees, and external partners. Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of facilities. Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases. Support onboarding and induction for new hires. Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employee letters. Coordinate recruitment activities--job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Track attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll processing. Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of HR operations and office administration. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
