Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming client communications via
phone and WhatsApp

Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and office appointments.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct
initial interviews
, evaluate candidate profiles, and coordinate with the hiring team.
Manage the complete
recruitment cycle
- from job posting to offer rollout and onboarding.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with prospective hires, internal teams, and external recruitment partners.
Stay informed about current hiring trends, tools, and HR best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in English , Hindi and Bengali
(spoken and written)
Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
Confident, well-presented, and polite demeanor.
Prior experience in
HR or administrative roles
preferred.
Must be
proficient in basic computer tools
like WhatsApp Web, Gmail, Google Sheets, and other office software.
Availability to work full-time from our Kolkata office
(Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM).
