We are hiring an

HR

responsible for overseeing daily labour coordination, sending everyday work schedules, and managing all labour-related activities including leave and permission requests, apprentice handling, subcontractor work reports, PF/ESI queries, bank details, and employee profile entries.

The role includes preparing HR documents such as offer letters, experience letters, appointment and promotion letters, as well as managing labour and company insurance processes. Additional responsibilities include preparing review meeting reports and minutes, handling the company email account, following up on quotations, managing client communication groups, supporting company registration processes, and coordinating branding materials like visiting cards, brochures, catalogues, and ID cards.

The candidate will also manage government-related processes, track inward and outward movement of office materials, issue purchase orders to respective departments, maintain marketing reports and attendance sheets in Excel, and update asset records for office and site locations. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates, with salary based on skills and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
