Job description Job level Human Resource Executive Graduation Bachelors / master\xe2\x80\x99s in human resource management Compensation Upto 4,50,000 CTC Work experience 3-5 Years in a similar job profile Key job responsibilities: 1. Assist the Operations Manager in the design and review of Roles & Responsibilities chart and formulate the Skills and Competencies map accordingly. 2. Assist the H.R Manager in the design and review of compensation & Benefits packages across the organization 3. Assist the H.R Manager in developing and reviewing fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. 4. Drafting and updating documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, SOP, policies, and other HR related documents. 5. Coordinate with various departments in identifying and estimating Human resource requirements. 6. Organize and implement effective sourcing, screening, and selection procedures. 7. Conduct orientation programs and briefing to new employees. 8. Setting up / updating and sharing email addresses for new employees and resigned employees. 9. Organize and Implement performance review procedures and assist in documentation, employee benchmarking, assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives across the organization. 10. Assist the H.R. Manager in identifying and resolving employee grievances 11. Planning and organizing company events or activities 12. Drafting and issues employee documentation through the employee lifecycle such as offer letter / employment contract / performance appraisal letters / warnings / resignation acceptance letters / full and final settlement letters / experience certificate etc. 13. Maintaining employee leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track oemployee attendance / absenteeism. 14. Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee\xe2\x80\x99s termination JOB Description & Compensation Package Human Resource Executive P a g e 2 | 2 Key skills required:

  • Proven work experience as an H.R Executive
  • Familiarity with HRMS and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation
  • Solid communication skills.
