Triumph Auto (A TATA Motor Dealer) is urgently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Payroll Sr. Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in HR Payroll and should be proficient in managing employee data, generating reports, and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end payroll processing
for all employees.
Maintain and update
employee database
, attendance, and leave records.
Prepare and reconcile
monthly salary statements
, deductions, and reimbursements.
Manage
statutory compliances
- PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and other payroll-related returns.
Generate and analyze
HR MIS reports
(Headcount, Attrition, Overtime, etc.).
Coordinate with the Finance team for salary disbursements and audit queries.
Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and timely submissions.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of employee records.
