How can you make an Impact?

Collect, compile, and maintain HR data (e.g., Monthly Operations MIS, Recruitment MIS, L&D MIS,
payroll, compliance) in a centralized database.

Prepare and deliver accurate MIS reports, including HR metrics.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making for major HR
initiatives.

Create and maintain daily operational data & dashboards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume
forecast and capacity planning as needed

Identify opportunities to streamline MIS processes and enhance data quality through automation or
system upgrades.

Support HR leadership with customized reports for audits, reviews, or strategic planning.
What are we looking for?

If you are a Bachelor's degree in commerce, masters preferred and passionate about data analysis.
Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Sound business decision-making ability
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Min 3 to 5 years of experience (insurance & BPO industry is preferred)
Well versed with MS XL & power BI or similar data
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
