Sr. HR MIS Executive

MBA in HR (Mandatory)

CTC:

?28,000 - ?30,000 Gross per month

Key Responsibilities:



1. Manage complete employee lifecycle data including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, increments, and exits.

2. Generate HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, transfer and promotion letters.

3. Maintain and update employee records accurately in HRIS platforms

4. Ensure timely updation of employee details including bank accounts, statutory data, and personal information.

5. Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

6. Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing, attendance validation, and statutory inputs (payroll exposure is an added advantage).

7. Support HR operations by providing MIS reports, dashboards, and data insights as required.

8. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company HR policies and statutory norms.

Key Skills & Competencies:



3-5 years of experience in HRIS across multiple domains/systems (

HROPAL, ERP, GreytHR, Zoho, Keka

).
Good knowledge of HR documentation & processes

Attention to detail and data accuracy

Proficiency in MS Excel & HR MIS reporting

Good coordination and communication skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
