The HR MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining HR databases, generating reports, and ensuring accurate and timely analysis of HR data. This role supports strategic decision-making by providing insights on workforce metrics, attendance, performance, and other HR-related information.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records in the MIS system.
Generate and analyze regular HR reports (attendance, attrition, payroll, manpower, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
Assist in HR analytics and dashboard preparation for management review.
Coordinate with HR and IT teams for system improvements and troubleshooting.
Support audits and compliance by providing accurate data and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree. Certification is HR is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in HR MIS or data management roles.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRIS, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
