The HR MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing HR data, maintaining HR master files, and managing reports for the HR department. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and hands-on experience with HR MIS tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, update, and maintain the
HR Master Database
Manage and compile
daily, weekly, monthly HR reports
Maintain data for attendance, joining, exits, and employee records
Generate MIS dashboards and analytical reports for management
Coordinate with HR team for data accuracy and timely updates
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR processes
Support audits and data verification
Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration
2-5 years of experience in
HR MIS / HR operations
Strong command over
Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS formulas)
Good understanding of HR documentation and data management
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,189.91 - ₹24,000.00 per month
