- Manage recruitment: screening, scheduling, onboarding new staff (doctors, optometrists, support staff)
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database
- Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Draft and manage HR letters (offer, appraisal, resignation, etc.)
- Organize training & NABH-compliant staff orientation
- Employee grievance handling and HR policies enforcement
- Plan HR engagement activities (birthdays, events, etc.)
- Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs
