Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT roles (Python, Django, Testing, Data roles, etc.) and Digital Marketing roles (SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content).
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Manage
candidate communication
, follow-ups, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update
recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
.
Assist in onboarding documentation and basic HR operations as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-6 months of experience in
IT and/or Digital Marketing recruitment
.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and digital marketing roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with
targets and deadlines
.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in
startup or consultancy environment
.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
