We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR & Admin functions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations, Employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Develop HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
Ensure smooth administrative operations of the office.
Coordinate with Clients and Sales team for documentation
Assist in lead follow ups and Client communication
Maintain sales records and reports
Basic Admin work as deployed by Company.
Requirements / Qualifications
- PG/Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR & Admin experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Payroll and compliance practices.
We are looking for HR's at 2 locations.
Mumbai & Lonavala
For Lonavla location - Looking for an HR mainly with end to end Recruitment experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
