Job Description

We are looking for a

HR Recruiter

to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment for our BPO operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, calling, screening and coordinating interviews for candidates for voice and non-voice BPO roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, references, placements and social media Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate communication skills and job fit Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal hiring teams Maintain and update candidate databases Follow up with candidates through the recruitment process Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field. 0-1 year of experience in recruitment (BPO hiring preferred) Strong

English communication

and interpersonal skills Good understanding of sourcing techniques and interview coordination Experience in hiring for BPO voice/non-voice processes. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.)
