We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Mentor
to support outlet-level HR operations, grievance handling, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. The role requires regular outlet visits, close coordination with senior management, and a strong focus on ensuring compliance and smooth HR functioning across locations.
Key Responsibilities - HR Mentor
Regular Outlet Visits
- Stay with seniors to monitor outlet operations through scheduled field visits.
Grievance Management
- Address and resolve outlet-level staff grievances effectively.
Attendance & Field Oversight
- Monitor attendance and workplace discipline through ground inspections and fieldwork.
Recruitment Support
- Source candidates and coordinate in-outlet recruitment interviews.
Documentation Control
- Maintain accurate outlet-level employee records and HR files.
Manpower Backup
- Maintain a record of ex-employees for re-hiring and build a Candidate CV Bank for emergency recruitment needs.
Employee Coordination
- Act as a link between outlets and HR management for seamless communication and operations.
Training & Development
- Support training initiatives, ensure HR policy compliance, and assist in skill enhancement programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
