Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
Maintain and update HR records, databases, and attendance reports
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
Assist with HR policy communication and awareness campaigns
Contribute to HR audits, compliance, and MIS report generation
Be a part of special projects (e.g., grievance redressal, training sessions, feedback surveys)
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and MS Office/Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
