Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

Support the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.

Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.

Support payroll and attendance management in coordination with the accounts team.

Marketing

Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (social media, email campaigns, SEO, etc.).

Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce promotional materials.

Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to boost brand presence.

Analyze marketing data and assist in campaign reporting.

Plan and support marketing events, trade shows, or promotional activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or marketing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
