Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic

HR & Marketing Officer (Fresher)

to join our team. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in both

, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to various aspects of business growth and people management.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes. Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes. Help organize employee engagement programs and internal communications. Support HR team with attendance, payroll inputs, and basic compliance documentation. Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Marketing:

Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns. Assist in content creation for social media, email, and website promotions. Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Help plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and campaigns.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Basic understanding of HR functions and marketing concepts Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Creativity and willingness to learn Team player with a proactive attitude

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field (Freshers welcome)
