HR & Marketing Manager

to join our dynamic design and management team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role--driving our marketing initiatives while managing core HR functions to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email platforms.

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.

Visit Government, Private, and Corporate clients for business development.

Regularly visit and communicate with new and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and strategies that align with company goals.

Achieve business development targets within assigned timelines.

Be flexible and available for outstation visits on short notice.

Human Resources:

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and off boarding.

Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

BBA/MBA in HR, Marketing, or Business Administration from a recognized university or institution.

Experience:

5-6 years of proven experience in HR Management and Marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of HRIS/CRM systems.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media insights).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Experience in a Civil Projects-related company will be considered an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
