Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable HR & Marketing Manager to oversee HR functions, marketing strategies, and client management at our Raipur location. This multifaceted role requires a blend of people management expertise, creative marketing skills, and strong client-facing abilities to support our team's growth, enhance our brand presence, ensure a positive workplace culture, and drive business development through effective client interactions and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Functions
: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes for the Raipur team; oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives; ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices; coordinate training and development programs to build team skills and foster career growth; maintain HR records, handle payroll coordination, and administer benefits.
Marketing Functions
: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Pyxidia Tech Lab's products and services in the Raipur region; manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation, and SEO/SEM efforts; plan and organize events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility; analyze marketing metrics and generate reports on campaign performance to optimize strategies; collaborate with the broader marketing team to align local efforts with company-wide goals.
Client Management and Product/Services Demonstration
: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including account management, lead generation, and customer retention; conduct product or service demonstrations, presentations, and pitches to potential and existing clients to showcase Pyxidia Tech Lab's offerings; gather client feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and follow-ups; collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor demonstrations and solutions to client needs; track client interactions and maintain CRM data for reporting and strategic planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
3-5 years of experience in HR, marketing, and/or client-facing roles, with a preference for candidates who have handled multifaceted responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
Experience in client management, sales demonstrations, or B2B interactions is highly desirable.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a tech startup environment.
Familiarity with Indian labor laws, regional marketing trends, and tech product demonstrations is a plus.
