Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Act as the point of contact regarding all employee working related matters
Manage employees' grievances.
Implement performance review procedures (quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Should be responsible for all documentations, employee background verification, maintaining employee records, leave and attendance management, joining & exit formalities.
Co-coordinating Placement assistance for the students and reports
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Indian and international eCommerce markets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging segments, and potential client needs.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive user acquisition and platform adoption.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support brand visibility campaigns.
Actively reach out to potential clients via various channels (calls, meetings, networking, etc.).
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
Contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform product and service enhancements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
