Support HR activities*: recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding
Maintain employee records*, trackers, and basic HR documentation
Assist in marketing activities*: lead generation, follow-ups, social media support
Promote company IT products & servicesthrough digital channels
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Tech)
Help in preparing reports, Excel trackers, and presentations*
Support employee engagement & marketing campaigns
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Interest in HR, Recruitment, Sales, or Marketing*
Willingness to learn, proactive & responsible attitude
Qualification
Any Degree (MBA / BBA / B.Com / BA preferred)
Freshers & final-year students can apply
