Handle internal staff attendance, salary sheets, and leave records
Maintain and organize all company documents, files, and employee records
Manage email communication, office correspondence, and follow-ups
Support in payroll preparation, basic accounting.
Marketing Support:
social media handling, and promotional activities
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and management on daily tasks
General Office Work:
Responsible for entire back-office support
Must be able to handle all company paper work and official communication
Report daily to company management
Company Basic Needs:
Female candidates only
Must be fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus)
Should be presentable, smart, and professional in behavior
Must have strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, sheets, etc.)
Skilled in Email, MS Office, and document management
Should be confident to handle full office coordination independently
