Role Overview:

We are seeking a confident, smart, and well-presented

HR & Marketing Executive

to join our team. This is a dual-role position requiring strong communication, marketing mindset, and office management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline/online) Maintain office records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies and handle administrative tasks Support social media and brand promotion efforts Act as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain a positive company image

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience Good communication skills and pleasing personality Well-organized with strong multitasking abilities Must be willing to work from the office (Kharkhana, Secunderabad)

Female candidates preferred

for front-facing roles

Salary:

?10,000 to ?15,000 (Based on experience and interview performance)
