Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Human Resources and Marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Source & screen candidates for various roles

Coordinate interviews with clients & candidates

Assist in on-boarding & documentation

Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Vendor Management & Database/Record Management

Marketing:

Support LinkedIn marketing through data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.

Collect, clean, and interpret marketing and sales data from multiple sources

Assist in developing data dashboards and reports to measure LinkedIn campaign effectiveness.

Identify trends, patterns, and insights to optimize customer acquisition and engagement strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales) to support business growth.

Present key insights and recommendations to management in a clear, data-driven format.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum

1 year experience in HR or Marketing role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience in IT / Startup / Corporate environment

Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, E-mail Marketing,

Familiarity with HRMS, CRM tools
