We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both human resource operations and marketing initiatives to support our company's growth in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and attendance management.
Support payroll, HR policies, and compliance.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
Assist management in workforce planning and training programs
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for brand awareness.
Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content creation.
Coordinate with design teams for brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Support client relations, site visits, and presentation materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for business development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR and/or marketing roles (preferably in construction or related industries).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing tools and HR management systems.
Ability to multitask, organize, and work independently.
