We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage both HR and marketing functions. This role involves hiring and managing talent, along with promoting Client's and our company's products and services to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes. Handle social media marketing and ad campaigns. Plan employee engagement and retention strategies. Create marketing content for brand promotion. Track marketing performance and provide reports. Ensure compliance with basic HR policies.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of labor laws. Social media management and ad creation. Time management and multitasking ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
