We are seeking a highly organized professional with strong administrative and management skills to handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and messages.
The candidate will focus on client visits, follow-ups, and relationship-building while also supporting marketing initiatives through promotional strategies, campaigns, marketing materials, assisting in events and exhibitions, research, and field visits to identify new opportunities while liaising with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
In addition, responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, overseeing banking transactions, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. The position also requires reminding the Director/Manager of important tasks and deadlines, as well as liaising with executives, suppliers, and clients on their behalf.
