Job Summary

The Marketing & HR Executive will primarily be responsible for hospital marketing, referral development, and business growth by building strong relationships with doctors, GPs, consultants, clinics, and corporates. The role also includes limited HR coordination to support hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing & Business Development (Primary Role)

Doctor, GP & Consultant Meetings meetings with referring doctors, General Practitioners (GPs), consultants, clinics, and nursing homes Present hospital facilities, specialties, infrastructure, and consultant availability Strengthen referral relationships and improve patient inflow

Referral Network Development

Identify, onboard, and maintain a strong network of referral doctors Maintain referral database and track referral performance Follow up on referred patients and ensure smooth coordination Hospital Promotion & Branding Promote hospital services, departments, packages, and specialties Coordinate hospital branding activities (banners, standees, pamphlets, hoardings) Ensure consistent hospital brand visibility in surrounding areas

Camps, CMEs & Outreach Programs

Plan and execute health check-up camps, CMEs, medical talks, and outreach activities Coordinate with consultants, doctors, and local organizations Support OPD and specialty clinic promotions Corporate & Institutional Marketing Approach corporates, industries, schools, and societies for tie-ups Coordinate corporate health check-ups and empanelments

Patient Footfall & Market Analysis

Track OPD/IPD footfall and referral trends Analyze competition and suggest marketing strategies Collect patient and doctor feedback for service improvement Digital & Online Marketing Support Coordinate basic social media promotions and content updates Coordinate with agencies for digital marketing and advertisements
B. Human Resources (Secondary Role)

Support recruitment coordination and onboarding formalities Maintain basic staff records and attendance coordination Assist in implementing hospital HR policies
Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing / Hospital Management / MBA (Marketing) Healthcare marketing experience preferred
Experience

1-5 years in Hospital / Healthcare Marketing Strong experience in doctor referral marketing preferred
Key Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relationship building with doctors & consultants Field marketing and presentation skills Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies Basic computer and reporting skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Increase in OPD/IPD patient footfall Growth in doctor referral network Number of marketing meetings conducted Improvement in hospital brand visibility
