Role Overview

We are looking for a

fresh graduate

or someone with

up to 6 months of experience

to join as an HR & Marketing Executive. This is a dual role where you will be responsible for supporting HR activities as well as contributing to digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions:

Assist with recruitment, screening, and onboarding of candidates. Maintain employee records and attendance. Support internal communication and employee engagement activities.

Marketing Functions:

Assist in creating and managing social media content. Support SEO, email marketing, and other digital campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute strategies and track performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, etc.) is a plus.
