We are looking for a dynamic

HR and Marketing Executive

to join our team! This is a full-time in-person role based in Bengaluru.

What you will do:

Manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls & inquiries

Maintain office records, schedules, and coordination support

Support social media updates, content coordination, and event activities

Ensure smooth communication flow within the office

Handle administrative duties with professionalism and accuracy

Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth office operations

Provide customer-friendly and professional service at all times

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in BBA, B Com, BBM (Mandatory)

Master's degree is an advantage (not mandatory MBA in HR/Marketing)

Certifications in HR or Marketing will be an added advantage

Experience Required:

1-2 years of experience in HR with Marketing activities

Basic to intermediate marketing skills (social media, promotional and marketing activities, coordination)

Added advantage if you have hands-on experience in Marketing activities

Desired Skills:

Good communication & presentation

Basic marketing knowledge (digital/social media preferred)

Strong persuasion and conversion skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow up with leads consistently
