Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Search candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and manage onboarding formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance & documentation
Coordinate with management for HR-related tasks
Support marketing activities and lead generation
Promote company products/services on social media
Coordinate with clients and respond to inquiries
Prepare daily reports for HR and marketing activities
Skills Required
Strong communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Basic marketing and lead generation understanding
Good MS Office & reporting skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
