Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

HR Manager

to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management while supporting employees to achieve a productive, compliant, and positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full cycle of recruitment including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs. Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions. Conduct performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans. Organize training, learning, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular HR reports for management. Support workforce planning, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
