End-to-end recruitment (sales, site staff, office staff).
Employee relations and grievance handling.
Attendance, leave, and payroll management.
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws).
Drafting & implementing HR policies.
Conducting induction & training programs.
Employee engagement activities.
Performance management & appraisals.
Coordinating with management for HR strategies.
Handling multi-site/project HR operations.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
4-5 years HR experience in
real estate sector
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage both office & site HR functions.
