We are seeking a proactive and organized Management / HR Intern to support our human resources and administrative functions. This role offers exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and general office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Help maintain HR records and employee databases.
Support administrative tasks and internal communications.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
