Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
Onboarding & Induction
Prepare and manage onboarding documents and checklists.
Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
Ensure all joining formalities and compliance documents are completed accurately.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Gather and share employee feedback to improve workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in performance management processes.
Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Additional HR Support
Coordinate with other departments for seamless HR operations.
Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs when required.
Participate in various HR initiatives and process improvement.
Requirements
Education: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 year of relevant HR experience
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools preferred
