Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily HR activities and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Implement and update HR policies, processes, and best practices across business units.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee documentation.
Maintain adherence to employment laws and industry-specific regulations.
Develop and uphold the company's code of conduct and governance standards.
Employee Engagement & Talent Management
Drive initiatives to enhance engagement, morale, and retention.
Manage performance management cycles, goal-setting, and regular reviews.
Support employee learning, development, and career growth.
Brand Building
Represent the organization's values and achievements across internal and external branding touchpoints.
Vendor Management
Manage external HR partners, consultants, and recruitment agencies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Master's degree or professional HR certification.
