Key Responsibilities :
Process monthly payroll with accurate deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
Ensure compliance with labour laws and file statutory returns
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
Support recruitment and coordinate interviews
* Manage performance appraisals and HR policies
