Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: .

To Process full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening and in person interviews.



Maintaining employee data associated with salaries to credit them on time via a check or a bank transfer.



To take care of Pre-onboarding and onboarding formalities including Induction sessions.

.

Ensure Correct calculation of wages, bonus, deduction and Statutory Contribution like-tax.

Address and resolve employee payroll quaries in timely manner

.

Accuracy and statutory check on appointment letters issued to new hires.



To take care of training and development need of newly joined resources.

Generate payroll reports and audit payroll processes of accuracy. Desired Profile:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.



Knowledge and understanding of working on different job portals like naukri, monster etc.



Experience of head hunting and sourcing profiles through linkedin etc.



Preferably MBA in Human Resources from a reputed university



Preferred experience of minimum 2+ years in Recruitments
