We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end payroll, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR operational functions.

Payroll & Compensation:
Handle complete payroll cycle: pre-payroll, payroll processing, and post-payroll activities.
Coordinate with the Accounts department for salary disbursement.
Manage attendance and leave records, including annual leave credits.
Process Full & Final settlements as per HR policies.
Manage loans and advances to employees.
Prepare monthly JV reports and share with Accounts.
Provide salary comparisons for appraisals and new offers.
Guide employees on PF, ESIC, TDS, salary calculations, income tax, and mediclaim claims.
Appraisal & Benefits Administration:
Coordinate the performance appraisal process - data collection, appraisal letter preparation, and distribution.
Update and manage revised salary structures.
Administer employee benefits such as Mediclaim, PF, ESIC, gratuity, loans, and insurance.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through regular engagement initiatives.
Statutory Compliance & Audits:
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Assist with internal and external HR audits.
Employee Engagement & Recognition:
Plan and execute monthly employee celebrations and engagement activities.
Organize annual functions such as picnics, award ceremonies (virtual or offline).
Provide content (information and photos) to the social media team for event updates.
HR Operations:
Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records.
Manage employee exit process and conduct exit interviews.
Handle ex-employee verification requests.
Support administrative HR functions.
Key Result Areas (KRA):
Timely and accurate salary payments.
Effective execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance with compensation and statutory requirements.
Proper maintenance of employee records.
Seamless coordination of payroll cycle activities.
