Role Overview

Lead recruitment for factory + office roles Plan manpower for company growth & expansion Build onboarding, training, and performance systems Improve culture, employee retention, and productivity Work directly with management and grow with the company

Requirements

5-10 years experience in HR + Recruitment (manufacturing preferred) Strong in sourcing, interviewing, and networking

Practical knowledge of factory HR, PF/ESI, compliance

Ability to build systems and lead teams

Growth mindset, ownership attitude, and reliability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
