We are looking for an experienced HR Manager from the
Agro Chemical / Manufacturing industry
who can lead end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance, strengthen company culture, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Organization Structure & Policies
Define the organization chart as per management's business plan.
Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
Prepare JDs, KRAs, and KPIs with approval from HODs and management.
Recruitment & Training
Support the recruitment team and ensure smooth hiring processes with minimal attrition.
Understand functional roles across all departments (preferably in agrochemical manufacturing).
Prepare and execute the Annual Training & Development Plan.
HR Operations & Payroll
Oversee payroll management through HRMS/payroll software (attendance, overtime, bonus, leaves, etc.).
Approve or reject leaves as per policy.
Maintain accurate employee records (hard & soft copies).
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and regulations.
Employee Relations & Culture
Drive culture-building initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Manage grievances and disciplinary issues for staff and workmen.
Plan staff welfare programs and festival bonus arrangements.
Compliance & Liaison
Liaison with government authorities and third parties for statutory permissions, licenses, and legal requirements.
Identify manpower contractors, verify documents, negotiate contracts, and check contractor bills & attendance.
Administration & Reporting
Oversee admin expenses, approvals, and cost control.
Conduct weekly HOD meetings and submit reports to management.
Investigate internal issues and report findings to management.
