A results-driven and detail-oriented professional with experience in managing key HR and operational functions at the corporate level. Skilled in handling end-to-end processes related to:
Payroll Management:
Processing monthly payroll with accuracy and adherence to timelines
Managing salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements
Coordinating with finance for salary disbursement and tax compliance
Training & Development:
Identifying training needs and preparing annual training calendars
Organizing internal and external training programs
Maintaining training records and evaluating effectiveness
Recruitment:
Managing recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning
Handling interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities
Statutory Compliances:
Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Managing audits and timely filing of statutory returns
Operations:
Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
Handling documentation, HR MIS, and internal communication
Ensuring smooth coordination between departments for policy implementation
Qualifications
MBA HR
10+ years' of related industry experience
Strong verbal or written communication skill

Pay: ?65,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
