HR Responsibilities Develop fair HR Policies and ensure employees understand and comply with it. \xc2\xb7 Plan and Implement company Talent Acquisition strategy including Sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring. \xc2\xb7 Manage end-to-end recruitment process and smooth onboarding & Off-boarding Process. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining HR records, Such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance. \xc2\xb7 Resolving Conflicts and Concerns with the employees. \xc2\xb7 Monitor the HR Department\xe2\x80\x99s Budget and targets. \xc2\xb7 Should actively involve in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Statutory Benefits, attendance & Payroll Management. \xc2\xb7 Conducting employee orientation and facilitating it for newcomers. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining and reporting on Workplace health and safety compliances. \xc2\xb7 Leading a team of Junior Human Resources. HR Requirements \xc2\xb7 >6+ yrs. of experience in HR Operations. \xc2\xb7 Must be in MBA HR (Regular). \xc2\xb7 Should have worked in IT/ITES Operations. \xc2\xb7 Experience in Conflict Resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace Investigations \xc2\xb7 Competency in Microsoft Applications.
