The HR Manager with Quality experience will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance, while also ensuring adherence to hospital quality standards such as NABH. The role bridges human resource strategy with quality management to enhance both workforce efficiency and service excellence in the hospital.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and performance appraisals.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with NABH standards.
Conduct staff training programs on quality, patient care, and service excellence.
Maintain accurate HR and quality documentation, audits, and records.
Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Collaborate with the Quality Department to monitor KPIs related to HR and hospital performance.
Support accreditation audits, HR dashboards, and internal quality audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Hospital Administration, or related field.
Certification or experience in Quality Management / NABH preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setup.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of NABH standards and hospital accreditation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
