Responsibilities-
Sourcing, hiring, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, technicians, etc.)
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with hospital objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of medical, paramedical, and administrative staff.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Conduct training programs to improve staff skills and ensure high standards of patient care.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
